The following Terms and Conditions define the regulations, policies, and general terms, as well as the Privacy Policies of the website that govern the use of this website. The consumer is obliged and must be aware of these terms when using this website and its services. The consumer (who benefits from the services provided by the website and completes the registration form) will be defined as: "consumer", "user", "you", "buyer", "client", "customer", "end-user", and fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions, hereinafter presented as "our terms", "our terms and conditions" which regulate your use of the TIEAppointments.com website (hereinafter indicated as "we", "us", "our", "company", "our company", "website", "web page", "the web", "this website", "this site", "web platform", "software", "services", "society", "business", "association"). Your legal and private concerns are safeguarded, and the alliance between you and TIEAppointments.com is based on trust. That is why if you wish to use the services offered by our company, you are obliged to accept these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, we recommend that you immediately stop using this website.

General Conditions of Sale

This Website is independent of any public body or official Registry. Our website belongs to a private company that is not linked to the public administration, nor to any government, state, or related third party.

This website does not sell any product directly nor is it affiliated with any government entity but belongs to a private company that acts as an intermediary between the client and the official body, thus providing a dedicated management, consulting, assistance, and processing service, aimed at facilitating and helping the user obtain a prior appointment for the TIE. The objective of this management and processing service for the prior appointment request is to obtain an appointment reservation for the client for the required administration.

TIEAppointments.com does not sell a product, but a service consisting of the facilities and help to achieve it. We never charge for the appointment itself, as it is free, and our company is in no case involved in selling it. The final product is the confirmation of the reservation with the data and requirements specified by the client, which can also be obtained by the user directly by going to the corresponding state, regional, or local administration bodies for free or in some cases by paying a fee or public price.

This is a completely voluntary service in which the user reads, understands, and accepts the cost, the legal notice, the terms of use and service, and the privacy policy before making the payment. The user always has the option to request a prior appointment through the official means or the means specified by the public administration, either online or in person at the corresponding institutions linked to the administration where attention is required. Our main goal is to assist foreigners who do not speak Spanish to navigate this process.

Costs and Payments

The cost of this advisory, support, management, and processing service for the prior TIE appointment request will depend on the service requested and the total cost will always be indicated before submitting the form, including taxes and fees. There are no shipping costs as it is an exclusively digital service.

If you request it directly through the public administration without our intermediation, there is no cost as it is free, but you will not get the specified benefits of our service.

The payment method currently offered is by credit or debit card. By clicking the "Request appointment" button, payment for the specified cost will be made, thus authorizing the payment with the card details entered.

You, as a user, accept that subsequent purchases are binding between the parties once you have identified and expressed your will to acquire the product by clicking the payment button to buy, contract, and process the order.

Guarantee and Refund Policy

The processing times are relative depending on the type of procedure and the requested office. The average processing time is one week. We are committed to securing an appointment for you within the date range you provide (from "Minimum date" to "Maximum date").

Our Guarantee: If we are unable to secure an appointment for you by the "Maximum date" you specified in your application, we will process a 100% full refund of the service fee on that same day.

By requesting our service, you authorize us to begin the management of your request immediately. Therefore, you waive your right of withdrawal as detailed in article 103 of the TRLDCU, which exempts services that have been fully executed with the consumer's prior express consent. The service is considered initiated the moment payment is made and the application is submitted.

In exceptional cases outside of our refund guarantee, you may file a claim by writing to hola@tieappointments.com providing your application number or Passport/ID number. The customer service department will be responsible for evaluating your case and providing a personalized response.
